Deadlines & refund
As a consumer, you have 24 days to cancel your contract without giving any reason. After your cancellation, we will refund all payments including delivery costs within 14 days AFTER RECEIPT OF THE GOODS. The return costs will be covered by us in the event of a defect. Products made especially for you or unsealed software are excluded from the right of cancellation. Entrepreneurs are excluded from the right of cancellation.

Remaining items
If you return an item from a delivery and have ordered other items that are to be paid for by invoice, you can simply deduct the amount for the returned item from the total invoice. If you pay by direct debit, the price of the returned item will automatically not be debited.
