In addition to the statutory provisions, we have extended the warranty period for many products to 5 years. The extended warranty is the result of our conviction in our products and their quality.

Our products are the result of many years of experience, planning and development. We only use the best materials for our LED products and manufacture to the highest standards.

That is the Emilum promise.

+10 years of exchangeability and repairability

Replaceability: If one of our products fails or is damaged within 10 years of purchase, we guarantee that the product can be completely replaced. This means that our products can be replaced by you without the need for additional hardware or adjustments to existing installations. You can rest assured that the replacement will be carried out smoothly and without additional costs or inconvenience.

Repair option: Depending on the damage, we offer you the option of repairing the product. Our service team will check the damage and decide whether a repair is possible and sensible. If a repair is not possible, the product will be completely replaced.

*Our LED strips are a multifunctional product that can be used in a variety of ways. However, they are only one part of the overall lighting and are dependent on external influences that we cannot control. These include the installation, cooling and correct integration of the LED strips.

As with our other LED products, we are absolutely convinced by our Stripes, but cannot offer any additional, voluntary guarantee extension due to the external influences mentioned.

The guarantee relates to the functionality of the above-mentioned products for a period of 5 years from receipt of the goods. It extends the statutory liability for defects, which expires after 2 years, by 3 years.
