LED-Controller

The human eye reacts relatively slowly to changes in light. The PWM dimmer utilises this fact. With this method, the light from the LEDs is switched on and off in very rapid succession, which the eye perceives as an average value.

PWM stands for pulse width modulation, and neither current nor voltage are changed. The advantages of this method are obvious: the light colour remains constant, the flow voltage does not change when the brightness is reduced and it enables precise dimming, even in the lowest brightness range.
